Here is some feedback on our last 4- week workshop series....

There were real examples of what I can do right now to improve my health.

I love the recipes and the food discussions.

These classes have positively changed my life. I have less stress and anxiety. I have changed the foods that I eat and the amount of coffee that I drink - What a difference!

A very enlightening and relaxing experience. I always left feeling refreshed.  I would 100% recommend this to my friends.

I loved how good I felt at the end of each class.

The snacks and recipes were awesome.

I enjoyed how the balance & calm themes were used throughout the four weeks.

I loved the meditation exercises.
